Due to the sixtieth anniversary of UEFA, the European Football Championship will be organized in a special way in the summer of 2020. Twelve countries are hosting this event at the same time. Each of these twelve countries has one playing city. In addition to Amsterdam, the cities of play are Baku, Bilbao, Budapest, Bucharest, Dublin, Glasgow, Copenhagen, London, Munich, Rome and St. Petersburg. EURO 2020 takes place from 12 June to 12 July 2020 and four games are being played in Amsterdam.

During EURO 2020 there is a lot to experience in Amsterdam. Of course there are the four competitions in the Johan Cruijff ArenA. But there is more, much more! The fans gather and side events are organized in various places in the city. We want to welcome everyone with open arms for an unforgettable football experience in our city.

Amsterdam is looking for City Hosts for these various and unique events. Together we ensure that every football fan feels at home in Amsterdam, that all side events are well organized and that EURO 2020 belongs to everyone. As a City Host you are a host of the city!
